Cypremort Yacht Club

Welcome to the Cypremort Yacht Club, a small but active club nestled on Vermilion Bay in South Louisiana. Our clubhouse faces west into Vermilion Bay, so sunset watching from our balcony is a favorite activity. Membership is inexpensive, and gives you full use of all club facilities.

We have several "dry slips" on site, as well as wet slips with water and electricity, and a private ramp for members' use only. No fighting crowds!

Socials are held monthly, and are inexpensive (usually $10 per person, sometimes less).

See? The Cypremort Yacht Club is the best-kept secret in Acadiana!

Race Four Spring Series

Race Four Spring Series Class A Ghost wins race four of Spring Series Sailed by Charlie Jagneaux and Robert Wooley followed very close by Encore Cherie sailed by Barry Innes. Third boat to finish was Rocky Road sailed by Chip Metz. Forth to finish in Class A was Joker sailed by Mark Van Eaton and his all girl crew. Class B First to finish was JB II Sailed by John Conner. Dan Snow and Walter Wehmann did not turn in finish times. Race was 10.76 miles. Winds were from 10 to 2 and back to 11. Seas were one foot.
