Cypremort Yacht Club
Welcome to the Cypremort Yacht Club, a small but active club nestled on Vermilion Bay in South Louisiana. Our clubhouse faces west into Vermilion Bay, so sunset watching from our balcony is a favorite activity. Membership is inexpensive, and gives you full use of all club facilities.

We have several "dry slips" on site, as well as wet slips with water and electricity, and a private ramp for members' use only. No fighting crowds!

Socials are held monthly, and are inexpensive (usually $10 per person, sometimes less).

See? The Cypremort Yacht Club is the best-kept secret in Acadiana!

Results Race Three Spring Series
We had six boats entered and only three finished.  Race was 10 miles long with winds gusting to 27 miles per hour.  Ghost sailed by Robert Wooley dropped out of the race on the second leg to rescue five people swimming with life jackets about five miles off shore in Vermilion Bay.  They were in a small boat and the boat sank leaving them in the water for about three hours.   Robert spotted them and made the rescue.  Lucky for them.  Thanks Bob for being a hero in saving these people and giving up the race in order to make the rescue.

A big thanks to Linda Daigle for preparing our meal following race, the food was great.
